Renters Warehouse will try and nickel and dime you during their move-out inspection. This is how they make their money (keeping your security deposit) so they will do everything in their power to make it seem like the house is filthy and destroyed in their move-out inspection. A piece of my hair left on the floor qualified as a ding and they had the nerve to say that appliances and areas that already were in horrible condition BEFORE we moved in were somehow tarnished after we moved out. It's fraudulent to the highest degree. They said we cracked a window in the guest bathroom? That window had already been cracked when we moved in (not accounted for in the move-in inspection) and we definitely did not damage it because we NEVER use that bathroom. My experience with management, specifically David, was extremely disappointing. Despite providing clear notice of my plans well in advance, I received little to no response for weeks. When information was finally provided, it came far too late and left me with no option but to make unnecessary personal and financial sacrifices. This situation reflects a lack of organization, accountability, and respect for tenants’ time. I will not be renewing my lease and would strongly caution prospective renters to carefully consider how responsive management truly is before signing.
