They made the process seamless and handled all of the logistics for us. They were able to place tenants within a few weeks of our departure and made sure to include our opinion in the process. I been renting in red bluff in the duplex for10 year the onwer decided to sell HQ gave 60 days 1 months goes by and Valerie tex me if I m almost out I said no .3 weeks till my moving date .tex me again. 1 week to the date of August 16th .again .by now I m piss off .I dont anwer the tex any more .by now they are treating me they are going to hire an attorney. The do date is not even here .very unprofessional .I dont recommend the agency to one

My mom and I rented from this company in 2013-2014 at the then Pioneer Village Apartments located at 2850 Pioneer Drive. Before we moved in the apartment complex and building already had an infestation of German Cockroaches which we were ok with that cause we already had some with us from another place we stayed at. We treated the bugs daily spending our own money on bug traps, poisons, and baits. in mid 2014 the whole apartment buildings were being completely renovated and all the tenant(s) were given a 60-day notice to vacate. Renter's HQ charged us and took out of our security deposit the full cost of extermination costs and that pissed us off. The property owner and managers knew full and well that their property was completely infested with cockroaches and yet they still took it upon

Renters HQ has done a complete 180 sense the last time i rented from them between 2013-2018 Valerie and Elizabeth are both amazing. Would totally recommend renters HQ now.

I’m sure Renters HQ gets a lot of flack, but I have had nothing but a great experience with them. They are always clear and communicative and always willing to work with you and take care of your needs especially with maintenance request. They always put the request in right away. Sometimes it takes maintenance a couple days because they are hired by Renters HQ. Any problems I have had with where I live as never been fault of Renters HQ. I would recommend that you check them out and if they have a property you desire be sure to get that application in asap. The properties are always first come first serve.
