To be careful with this company, since I never acquired the property and made a payment by mistake, they took almost 2 months to return me since at first they refused and after begging them so much, they gave me the check and they deducted 400 dollars dial fee and other charges that after all I never used the service, they like to abuse people at this company.

Had to break my lease due to buying a house , paid 2675 to break the lease and then continued to have to pay the rest of my lease , 3 months of paying 2675 plus the break the lease fee, I would have saved my self nearly 3000 if I just didn’t live there and kept paying it until my lease was done but I had to pay a 2675 fee to even be able to have the chance to advertise is I guess . So I had to find someone to fill my lease or I had to pay full price , well they upped the price to 2700 when they put it on the website but as soon as my lease was over and they sucked over 8000 from me over 3 months of me not even living there , they made the rent price 2095 instead of the 2700. I'll join the long list of 1 star reviews. There are so many issues with how they treated us, and ultimately it is why many property owners are leaving their service. We got lucky that our property owners were awesome because trying to submit requests and get service from RP was impossible. The cheaper rent isn't worth it, save yourself stress and money in the long term by going with someone else. Never trust a company that doesn't care about their reputation.

The worst property management company you could ever use. Had to wait over a month for my deposit to come back after the fact that they took money out from my deposit for “prorated” rent because they can’t check their emails for my 30 day notice email. Super rude staff who apparently know nothing, and then when you finally get on the phone with the manager, she is the worst person to talk to she is rude and has a script to read you to cover their asses. Took weeks to fix any sort of issue with the townhouse, including my heat after paying over $4000 a month in rent. Had a ton of hidden fees and they hide information from you. Would give them a zero star if I could. Would NOT recommend at all!!! The only positive experience I had was from the check out gentleman.

Absolutely amazing staff and always friendly. As the saying goes “treat others the way you’d like to be treated”. We’ve rented from this company for quite some time and they have always done great. Moving in was rocky being Covid and we couldn’t see the home but nothing but great service after. Anytime we had a situation they handled it and took care of us. When we decided to move we were treated well and they even stated they were sad to see us go. We happened to get 100% of our security deposit bad as well. Just be the great tenants that they deserve and they treat you well. If it wasn’t cause we found a bigger home we would have stayed much longer. The office folks deserve much more appreciation and respect than they deserve. I’d question the other reviews and make sure you know both si
