This yard maintenance isn’t good enough for the owner of RMSI; this interior isn’t clean enough; the owner of RMSI creates excuses to take the hard earned money of vulnerable renters who have put money down in good faith while she ignores known repairs that she’s been shown are needed, blaming owners for being “stingy”. Yet the owners are paying the management company every month for upkeep of their property. Owners should start inspecting their property on a regular basis. Reported repairs are only done with persistence in part of renters, and some are never done. Bad paint jobs, horrible pantry, adobe wall vents broken, gate never repaired, plumbing issues not repaired; written down during dramatic lease renewal walk through then ignored. The rental market is hot and this company takes full advantage of it. Customer service is not terrible, it is wretched. The two office workers are condescending, sarcastic, rude, bitter and nasty. If you have options, do not rent from this management company. They will nickel and dime your deposit to death no matter how much cleaning and services you do or pay to have done. We could take them to court, deposit was not returned for 36 days, post mark to prove it plus receipts for cleaning services performed but how much is your sanity worth? The courts are backed up and may not get resolution within a year anyways and they know this. My husband and I have lived here for the past year. Rose-Ann and Carmella have been wonderful! Any time we needed maintenance, all we had to do was send an email and within 48 hours we had a phone call from the proper vendor requesting to schedule a time to complete the work. They were also completely understanding about our situation and were willing to extend our lease just so we wouldn't be left without a place to stay, before we left for school. I loved having them as landlords and I'm sure you will too! Thank you all at RMSI for the wonderful experience and I wish everyone in the office the best of luck!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If you value your hard earned money, stay away. The entire staff is completely horrendous. They do not care about you or your family. They will illegally raise your rent and deposit. I have been here almost 5 years and every interaction with cohorts in the office has been abysmal! Every repair took many calls to actually get repaired. We too are still awaiting window screens, refrigerator crisper, plumbing problems. The pictures show the major problems that have happened, yet their lack of a sense of urgency makes repairs slow and utility bills that go up! Their lack of respect is very unfortunate. If i can give a minus zero star i will give it. This company is the worst management company i have ever seen.the staffs lie a lot and are always trying to fool you. All they want is your money. Do not rent from this management company. Update: We filled a lawsuit against this company because they refused to give us our deposit. We won and the judge even gave us more than we asked for. They couldn't bring any evidence to the court because they have none. All they do is just lie. They are professional SCAMMER !!!
