I had an amazing experience working with Jeanette Marin. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I really appreciated how easy she was to talk to and how dedicated she was to helping me find the right apartment. I originally went to see a specific unit, but Jeanette took the time to understand my needs and recommended an apartment that was an even better fit — the one I ultimately applied for. Her guidance and expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Jeanette Marin to anyone looking for help with renting or finding the perfect place. She truly goes above and beyond!

I would give Rental Heroes zero stars if I could. My experience as a tenant was a nightmare from start to finish. I would strongly advise anyone against renting from this company—you’ll regret it. Shortly after moving in, the unit I lived in developed serious issues: blue and black mold throughout, and mold growing from the vents, inside cabinets, and on my condiments within the cabinets, ongoing water leaks, and extremely delayed or nonexistent responses to maintenance requests. Rental Heroes made the cheapest, most minimal efforts to address these problems. Despite these conditions, I was a responsible tenant. I paid my rent on time and complied with all lease requirements. Awful apartments. Want a guest? They might get towed, even if they register their vehicle. Want water? Might be off at best, or raining down on your unit at worse. Luxury? Things are falling apart. Why rent from a slumlord with an innocent-looking name? Edit: Love how they are responding by saying "we don't rent to you" on other posts. Some people choose to remain anonymous to avoid retaliation, and a company like this? Of COURSE they'll come find a way to nickel-and-dime reviewers they identify to try to drive them out of the complex. This is a horrible management company that deserves NO stars. They have destroyed what was a semi livable situation. I had an outside wall that was not properly patched for over 4 months. Outside Heat and humidity would freely enter my apartment, causing my electric bill to soar. on top of that they were focused on destroying what actually increases property value. THEY REMOVED OUR PRIVACY FENCING that we have had for over 10 years! Now my place has absolutely no privacy with a glass sliding door and basic blinds that don't keep prying eyes out if they come anywhere near the door. I can no longer open my blinds to let in outside light because if I do everyone can see inside my whole livingroom.
