We lived in Mallory townhomes for 1 year and a half and everything was wonderful. Now that we are moving we thank Rosa, Heidi and Gheann for their help and assistance! Good people and very friendly! 100% recommended

Had an outstanding experience today with Rosa , she’s amazing! Her beautiful and outgoing personality made the whole ambiance way better , I went to look at the 2b 2b and it was so beautiful and spacious, amazing offers & most importantly , pet friendly! Will definitely be coming back I loved it here !

Stay away from this property management company. Anything they manage is a mess. They don't answer to anything after they get you to sign the lease. The manager NEVER respond emails or calls. The Oasis is the worst. Backup water flood and all they do is unclog the pipes after 3 or 4 days of the problem. It hapened again already 4 times. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO AWAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have emails maintenance reports, and lawyer letters if support is needed to prove my review.

I currently live at one of their properties and ai must say I am absolutely pleased with their management team. Maintenance is on point. Very great management company.

Be very careful when applying to this company. The lady I worked with was super nice. But the fees you pay for credit app are ridiculous. If there was a mistake on your end instead of trying to work with you to fix it they just take the money and run. I applied for them to tell me my credit was zero. I know my credit is NOT zero. When asked to see if I entered my information wrong I was completely ignored. I immediately applied at another location, cheaper with tons of amenities (which this had only washers and dryers) was cheaper and the new place pays the water etc. They were able to confirm my credit. So everything happens for a reason!! Just beware. I truly felt like after they came back with the credit thing, they shut me down. Not a company I would feel comfortable with. And of cour
