I would like to leave this positive honest review in regards of Mary Boyle license property manager at rent smart Missoula out of all the property managers I've dealt with in my life she is by far the most professional caring has the best people skills and is very talented at dealing with the most complex of problems I'm positive that she is a huge asset for anybody she's going to work for I was a client at rentsmart for 2 and 1/2 years Mary Boyle demonstrated exceptional skills to be a property manager above & beyond anyone else the skill set that she has is incredible so anybody looking to be a client at rentsmart or is a current client I would highly suggest speaking with Mary Boyle if you have any troubles or concerns

I lived in one of their apartments for 3 years. Here's what I have to say Positive- I loved the apartment, it was very safe and I felt like it was a reasonable price. Things were kept up well and maintenance answered in a timely fashion when things broke. One year, someone was leaving tons of dog poop in the shared yard and they dealt with it quickly once they found out (though I did email an admin person multiple times who told me nothing could be done before Mary found out) Negative- I lived here for 3 years and they would not give me a month to month lease so I could finish out my job before moving.
