Everyone at Rent Prosper is great to work with. They truly care about their tenants, Jordan and everyone has gone out of their way to make sure we’re happy. Their maintenance team is amazing, especially Abraham who has been here since my move in. Jeremy is always available to quickly help solve issues and approve moving forward on the maintenance teams plans of actions too. Their text line has also been a huge help with communication to both maintenance and the office for whatever you need. They treat you like family!

Great experience from start to finish! I couldn’t be happier with how smooth the process was. From start to finish, the property manager, Sacheen, was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain each step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt informed and supported throughout the entire application process. Being approved was such a relief, and it truly felt like Sacheen cared about making the experience stress-free. I highly recommend this property management company to anyone looking for a well-managed community and excellent customer service.

Where is my work order going? I am yet again having an issue with my home that needs addressing and hasn't been taken care of in over a month. My washer is still making noise and shakes to the point that it seems clothes are going to explode from the washer. The last work order for the sink was addressed only after I placed a review here on google. I removed my review in good faith and my new work order for the washer has gone unaddressed and neglected. I was requested to provide pictures and videos of the incident and I sent them. No one called or messaged back after. I have small children and this is negligent behavior for a resident and family home needing the maintenance necessary for the well-being of their residents. It is inexcusable.

This is the second time I’ve worked with Elliot and he’s extremely kind, professional and a quick problem solver. Our AC was out for 3 days, Elliot identified the issue and assured me that he’d get it back up and running, he did so and even walked me through the problem in case there were future concerns. I am incredibly grateful for his hard work, thanks so much!

I can’t say enough good things about Jose Baez. He handled our home repairs with real attention to detail and pride in his work. He showed up on time, communicated clearly, and walked me through what needed to be done before getting started. The repairs came out excellent—solid, clean, and done the right way. He also respected our home, kept the workspace tidy, and finished when he said he would. If you want someone reliable who does quality work, Jose is the one. Highly recommended.
