The staff here are always so prompt when it comes to responding to me. They are great at communicating when needed and always considerate of accommodating residents. Laura and Dane are very helpful and attentive. Joselyn is super informative when it comes to leasing questions as well. If I wasn't receiving a discounted rent through my workplace I would be staying here another year! I will miss renting with Rent Oconee Clark.

I have been renting from Rent Oconee Clarke for two years now and so far have enjoyed my experience with them. They are very hands-on with any issues that occur at the property and very timely with their responses. The costs of renting and utility are very manageable for me and my partner. I would definitely recommend renting a property with them if you are currently looking in Athens.
