Rent in Okaloosa

Don’t do it, bug infested, landlord does nothing about it, landlord is very sneaky and will go through hoops to make sure you don’t get your deposit back. I’ve been renting here for years with perfect payments even as rent has risen several times in a short period. I let them know several months in advance that I was leaving at the end of my lease, but landlord Karen found a way to still deprive me of my security deposit. I’ve tried reaching out several times to no avail. Disgusting place, I would have left sooner if I had the opportunity. Just don’t do it.

Landlord refuses to refund deposit even after paying rent on time, giving notice, leaving property in good condition. Rent was also increased each year drastically.

The easiest and most helpful owner/ managers in the area. They have the best customer service and will go the extra mile to help you navigate the whole rental process. If you're military and looking for a no nonsense straight shooters who will take the time to be helpfull, this is the best and first step you should take when transitioning either from barracks or into civilian life. GO TEAM GO, and keep up the good work.

I've been a tenant under this banner for over 3 years. I've had no major issues with this company. Any maintenance issues and they are quick to respond. 10/10
