I wouldn't even put an application with these people. If I would have known put in a $100 application, wasting my time for the form to tell me. Oh, I can't help you after tell me everything that I wanted to hear. Telling me that we're good, everything's good but wants us to put 3000 something dollars down. And then still pay the first month's rent. That's crazy..

When my boyfriend (now husband) first moved in, we were immediately faced with some unpleasant surprises. There were roach eggs all over the kitchen counters, and peel-and-stick tiles were falling off the backsplash—presumably installed by the previous tenants. After dealing with bug issues for about a month, we discovered the roaches had been living behind the tiles for who knows how long. It was honestly pretty disgusting, especially considering the place should have been properly cleaned before move-in. Aside from that, the only consistent issues we had were with the neighbors, who frequently threw trash over our fence and played loud music late at night—something we understand is outside of the rental company’s control. Worst place to free t from just worried about your money Tell you things that you wanna hear and then don’t go through with them. House wasn’t clean had to clean it. I had to do everything whenever I first moved in and maintenance with them sucks you better off just paying your own person to get it done right cause they won’t get it done right money hungry companie.

Rent806 was great to us! If we had any issues they took care of them and we followed the move out procedure (standard) and didn't have any issues. We loved the house and would recommend Rent806 to others. I will say there were small things we asked for like paint and replacing a screen door handle that they did not do for us but it was things that did we could live with. They will also listen and take action if you want items fixed before move in/signing so don't be afraid to speak up.

I was a tenant for over a year and I should’ve listened to the reviews before signing the lease. Throughout my time they entered the property multiple times without notice( I have cameras) They also sent their “maintenance” man to my house at 7pm with no notice. ( i never once put in a request for them to fix anything). He proceeded to make a comment that I worked at the strip club and tried to fight my husband after he was asked to leave because it 7 at night( he tried to lie and say the city sent him) He also was carrying a gun on him. I met with management and told me they were aware and that he always carries a gun and that’s he’s been with them for 10 years. They also would schedule showings of the house and comment on that state of house such as “ you don’t have that much furniture”
