Renting from Bob and Adria has been an amazing experience! They have been the best landlords we could ask for—professional, responsive, and excellent communicators. Any questions or concerns were always addressed quickly and efficiently. Jesus, our maintenance technician, did a fantastic job, and we never had any issues with the property. Everything was straightforward, and we truly appreciated their honesty and professionalism. If you’re looking for a hassle-free rental experience with great landlords, I highly recommend them. I wish you could give negative stars to this company. Owners beware. Do not hire them as your property manager. They will neglect your properties, lie and practice unethically. My grandma had three rentals with Reno Country Properties. All three of these properties were extremely neglected & damaged. One of her houses had to be completely renovated due to the tenant damage. When I asked Bob when the last inspection occurred he told me 6 months prior to us entering the home. That inspection did not occur. I don't think any inspections actually occurred on any of the homes. If they had, there is no way you would've missed all that damage & smoke smell. (Which is a lease violation by the way). The entire kitchen had to be demoed due to damage from the tenants who chain smoked in the home. Al

I really enjoyed working with Reno Country Properties. They were prompt in communication, cheerful and friendly, and very understanding of my situation and willing to work with me. As someone who was renting only their second home, having them there to guide me and make sure things went well was really valuable. Since getting my place, they have continued to be accessible to assist with maintenance and any followup questions I might have. Thank you, RCP!

Was humoring myself today to see if these folks had decided to clean up their business practices from when I (thank God) got out from under having them as a landlord. Not at all shocked to see their behaviors continue. I'm sure this will get a reply that I was never a tenant, but alas I was. Loved living in the unit we were in until these guys took over a couple years in. Long story long, couldn't get out fast enough. I can attest that all the negative reviews here are 100% accurate. Where do I even begin. The first day I came to the property to move in the snow was 4 ft high and at this point it was solid ice. The driveway at this property was steep and 100 yds+ long and it costs us $1,200 to have the snow removed. We weren’t able to get our stuff up for 3 days because of this. Also the heat did not work. We noticed this when we arrived and contacted them. Russ assured us that it worked but it did not and would not even cut on. It was 32 degrees in the house that night and it makes me so upset thinking about it. We were unable to go into town and get a hotel because the roads were ice and very steep (the house is located in the Virginia City Highlands for driving condition reference).
