Big shout-out to Josh the maintenance guy! He is always prompt, professional, and goes above and beyond to get things fixed quickly and efficiently. Every time I’ve needed help, he’s been friendly, reliable, honest and attentive to the details. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping residents. I really appreciate his dedication and hard work—he makes living here much easier. I can’t wait for my lease to be over because of all the nonsense, but it’s always a pleasure to have Josh work in my apartment. I’m so grateful for him, because he’s work speaks volume from when I first moved in to now. He deserves raises, recognition and more.

My experience living here was very disappointing. During my time as a resident, communication with the leasing office was extremely difficult. Calls often went unanswered, and the only way to get assistance was to go into the office in person. The property was frequently left dirty, including the pool house and bathrooms, which were often in poor condition. I also had multiple maintenance concerns after moving in, including broken items that were reported but not properly resolved. I strongly recommend that future residents document everything, including maintenance requests and communication with management. Keeping records is important. Overall, my experience here was frustrating, and I would encourage anyone considering living here to carefully review their lease and keep detailed recor

If there was an option to rate this place 0 stars I would. Worst place to live in the area hands down. Management is a joke. You tell them you have a problem and they basically threaten you. Snow removal? Yeah right good luck getting out they don’t plow the parking lot or the entrances. If it wasn’t for the renters doing it it wouldn’t get done. They send you emails saying they’re working on it but you don’t see anyone doing anything. I would LOVE to know where all the money we pay for rent goes to. Pool doesn’t even open because it has fungus in it and they can’t afford to hire people to fix it.

My experience moving into ReNew Taunton has been a living nightmare. Management failed to deliver the unit on the scheduled date and did not inform me of the delay until the day of my move. This breach of contract resulted in significant out-of-pocket expenses for housing and storage that management has refused to address. Despite having evidence of this major error, management continues to deny any accountability. Once I finally moved in on February 6th, the unit was in poor condition. I am still dealing with a kitchen sink leak, a toilet tank that won't refill, and a refrigerator that was supposed to be replaced weeks ago—all of which were reported at move-in. The incompetence, lack of accountability, and failure to perform basic repairs are unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and

Josh, the maintenance guy here at 5th ave renew was great at fixing all the problems I had in the apartment! put my nerves at ease, and not only was he professional, but he did the job in a timely manner! and even stayed after to make sure everything was as clean as can be! really puts in hard work from what I can see, great guy, definitely needs a raise! if I have any more problems I hope I get him to fix them, very knowledgeable and polite as can be! thank you so much, today he replaced my bathroom fan exhaust unit with a brand new one and informed me every step of the way, solid 5 🌟 stars!!!
