ReNew North Park I & II

My partner & i moved from CA to Midland, Texas. He moved out here first and was originally going to sign a lease at a different location, however having to meet staff at Renew North Park location, he asked for availability at ReNew North Park and the staff was very generous to helping him find a place here for us and our daughter to call home. A week before our first daughter birthday, we reunited as a family. This is our first place together, and as a family far away from relatives, being at ReNew North Park for almost half a year, the staff is very kind with any questions and fixes we need. The neighbors are so nice when we’re walking around the complex. The complex is always clean. We love the pool during the summer and is maintained weekly. I want to thank Midalis for helping me out with my application and accommodations for an apartment within my budget and for my family, especially for my kid. ReNew North Park is a great community, has so many attractions within a 10 minute drive like grocery store, restaurants, and parks. Maintenance team has done a great job with fixtures we needed fixed and cleaning up after they're done. very satisfied with the help, kindness, and service. Happy to call this place home!

The staff here is very polite and accommodating! The leasing office workers are simply amazing and the maintenance workers are the fastest I’ve ever seen in any apartment I’ve leased. Overall amazing people. Definitely 100% recommend to anyone!

It’s been 3months and still haven’t fixed it. Leak from ceiling and then had a AC Leak that damaged the sheet rock. The people who came to fix the sheet rock by the AC still left microbial growth on sheet rock (Possibly mold). It shouldn’t be our jobs to remind the staff/managers to schedule to fix this. We reminded them 3-4 times. Either this is retaliation from the staff or they just don’t care for the residents. I don’t know how it’s almost 3 stars. We Should get our last month of rent back and our deposit, but this place would not allow that. MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I just wanna say thanks to the maintenance people. They’re doing a fantastic job on the lawns in the whole grounds very polite and helpful. The place is starting to look better every day and I appreciate that so much.. One thing I would like to address is the dog area putting in artificial turf and pee gravel down because of the stickers the dogs don’t wanna go in there and it would be an easy cleanup just something I Wanted to run by you that it would look nicer and easier cleanup and people would use it more instead of letting their dogs poop on the grass pull over the complex so thank you again for the maintenance people and everything people do.
