As first-time renters, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Although we signed the lease, received the keys, and began paying rent, the apartment still had multiple issues and repairs that needed to be addressed. When we returned to the office to submit the Inventory and Condition Form with documented concerns and photos, we were not given the opportunity to explain the issues or show the evidence. The customer service was unprofessional and dismissive. At one point, the office doors were closed without notice while we were waiting, leaving us outside for about 30 minutes with no communication. I’ve been here for two years now and this last year getting someone from the office or maintenance has been an horrendous experience. My tickets have been delayed for over 3 months. When you go to the office they said they have more important items to deal with and I understand but you don’t say that when I have to pay my rent and if my items are not that complex why any tech can stop by and fix it in less than 20 minutes? The place is nice, but maintenance is a huge failure. You follow the steps, place your tickets, you take time and call the office, stop by the office, you are nice and understanding, but nothing happens.

Natasha is absolutely incredible, this is my husband and i's first time renting an apartment and she walked us through everything so kindly. The apartment is old but nice and well updated and the manager was also incredibly helpful with misunderstandings caused by the previous management company.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience since moving into this apartment community has been extremely disappointing. Nov. 30, 2025. I have sent multiple emails and a continued lack of response which has been the only consistent factor. From the beginning of my lease, multiple items listed on my move-in inspection sheet have not been addressed, despite repeated follow-ups, office visits, and assurances from management that these issues would be resolved. Most notably, the washer and dryer in my unit have never been operational, yet I continue to be charged a washer and dryer rental fee. I never expect units to be perfect for move-ins but to not rectify the situation with urgency is highly disappointing. Moved in here Jan 30th and it’s been downhill from there. Been told them my front doors are uneven causing cold air to blow in my house, heat won’t work properly. Got a big hole in my front yard because I been told them I’m missing my porch light, still don’t have my mailbox keys, property manager DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE THE MAILBOXES ARE. My refrigerator socket went out within 2 days of me staying here, they don’t got no 24 hour maintenance because it took a whole day for somebody to come fix it. Thank god my food didn’t go bad. Would not recommend nobody moving here because them pictures are liessss ! Can’t wait til this lease up. I MY DOORS ARE UNEVEN WITH WATER DAMAGE AND I HAVE MOLD ALL OVER THE DOORS!
