The maintenance guy Manny is honestly great! Every time I put in a request, he shows up fast and actually fixes the problem right way, not just a quick fix . He’s really nice, easy to talk to. You can tell he cares about his work and about the people who live here. I really appreciate him, it makes a big difference having someone this dependable. Also love his happy attitude!

Did not have a good move in experience. I should’ve went ahead and paid the extra 2000 to move out early, I had nothing but problems. Every time I tried to go to the office between 11 and 3:30 there was usually an out to lunch sign. I tried to go right after work, which was before 5:30 and the door was locked when they supposedly close at 6. Always something breaking, or not working. Appliances looked like they were from the 80s, the model apartment had new appliances and looked decent but the actual unit looked pretty old. The paint under my window had a warped spot and I thought it was just from the drywall or something but it was actually from water leaking through the window and one weekend I was out of town and came back to a badly leaking window, and wet carpet. Do NOT apply here ! I have been trying like crazy with my roommate to apply here and had issues with their website every step of the way, finally got down to the lease agreement and my roommate can’t access the agreement because he’s not a resident. How is he supposed to become a resident if he cant sign the online lease agreement? I did my part and the staff here very much failed to do theirs. Update: they also told me they charged my card already and now ive just been charged 100 dollars and told me that it must be our fault because we “forgot” our passwords, we literally wrote them down to prevent exactly that.

They charge for every little thing, they charge more the more you stay. The neighbors usually can’t mind their own business and will report you for anything. It’s been a very bad experience living here. The blinds were not changed before we came here. They literally break off when opening the blinds, which were probably going to get charged for because we’re not going to repair stuff that was already damaged to begin with. The cover from the kitchen lights WAS ALSO BROKEN! Literally we had to take it off and throw it out our first day we moved in since it was made out of glass and it was all flimsy, I’m surprised it didn’t fall before we moved in here. I DO NOT recommend this apartments they are in a very BAD condition😕 and when you ask for some repair they take forever and never answer, even if you pay your rent on time they dont care about the tenants. Really if you have another option to rent do it but not here, they should be ashamed for the conditions of the units. Now that my son move out they want to charge $600 dollars for the repair of the carpet and the bath tub, the carpet its in very good condition because my son was so clean and he live alone and always at work so its not damaged, and the bath tub was always in bad condition and we ask for a repair and they never repair it and now they want to charge 600 for repair ??? Thats ridiculous and we have pictures of the condition of the apartment and my son take care very well of i
