It’s freezing outside and I’m working from home without my car for the day and preparing for the “snow”. I realized I needed a visitors pass for my guest this weekend but the walk to the office in the cold would be brutal. I called and asked Alecia if it was possible for maintenance to drop it off. She was super polite and had Joshua at my door with my visitor pass within 15 minutes. A1 service. Actually, all of my maintenance requests are completed in a timely fashion and the office staff is consistently friendly. This was just an example of the over and beyond I appreciate.

Leonardo the maintance man was exceptional. I called the office to replace a few light bubs and less than 30 minutes Leonardo was at my apartment to changed the bulbs. He also assisted with my washer issues even though he was there to charged the light bulbs. He was very professional and kind. Thank you Leonardo!!

I had an amazing experience living here for a little over a year!!! They were very communicative with any information I needed and super responsive whenever I needed anything from them!! Alecia was especially super helpful! She helped me from the day I moved in to the day I moved out! I honestly never had any issues with this complex, and the rent to me was super affordable especially renting alone! Highly recommend!!

I would like to mention that Orlando González is always very kind and professional at the apartments. He is always willing to help and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. His positive attitude and helpfulness truly make a difference.

ReNew at Little Creek should be your go to when looking for a place to call home! Alecia, Joelle, Q, and Rachel were so awesome and helpful! I almost felt like a nuisance at times but they were all willing to answer all my questions and work with me to find the perfect apartment for me. I can’t thank them enough!
