I absolutely love living here! It’s my first time living in an apartment away from my parents. My husband and I plus our two kiddos enjoy it here!! From the pool, and park it’s a dream for the kids. We have everything we need, they never let us go without the staff here is amazing always fixing and helping us out with our needs! If you’re looking to switch apartments or even move into your first one, I highly recommend Renew Hyde Parks! The location is perfect right next to HEB which we love incase we forget an ingredient from the store. Or when we don’t feel like driving we can walk! And we do currently live here so happy to call it our home! It’s also a quiet community which is nice! The neighbors are great.

I live in this condominium, and my experience has been excellent. It’s a very quiet, clean, and well-maintained place. The common areas are always in great condition, and the maintenance staff is friendly and quick to respond when something is needed. The area feels safe and has a great location — close to HEB, and with easy access to main roads. Perfect for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to live.

Anytime something needs to be fixed, the maintenance team responds quickly and gets it done right. I really appreciate all the staff for their hard work! My English isn’t great, but everyone is always patient and willing to help me. (I actually wrote this review with a little help from AI!) If you’re looking for a cozy and convenient place to live in Midland, I highly recommend this community. It’s only a 2-minute walk to a big H.E.B. and the post office, 3 minutes to Walgreens, and just a 5-minute drive to a shopping plaza with great discount stores. It was an okay place to live in, I’ve lived at 2 renew properties during my time in midland had both horrible experiences at both and don’t recommend unfortunately these properties are all over midland beacuse they are somewhat affordable. management fails to tell you all the “move out” fees that are not listed on the lease and will charge you for a carpet change as well when you move out, during my time at this specific property my apartment flooded twice and failed to completely clean or dry the carpet the two times it flooded but I guess I’ll pay $700 for a carpet changing fee. Dont recommend this place at all plus they always add ridiculous charges when your trying to move out as well that are not stated or listed when your signing your lease so be aware when apartment searching.

It was a nightmare to live here. I can’t believe how poorly maintained the property is (pictures of the broken laundry room and cigarette butts everywhere below) and how big of a headache it was for management to get our bills right EVERY MONTH. Avoid ReNew properties! They are doing renovations and slipping in extra utility charges for residences to pay. The management (Stacey, who left a review like she lived here) constantly lost/messed up our rent paperwork and gave us multiple surprise bills when we were paid in-full every month. The regional manager, Brooke, was never helpful to resolve issues and acted like we should be accommodating her. I can’t believe how blind I was to the living conditions of this place. I hope they call this place a loss and use the property to make an H-E-B P
