Worst place to live and deal with! They lost or deleted my move in form but charged me for trash removal of things that where there before we moved in and a cleaning fee when they didn’t clean before we moved in due to trying to screw us over. We had originally signed to move into a different apt but the day we showed up to pick up the keys AFTER SIGNING THE LEASE they said we had to wait because the old renters weren’t moving out. I didn’t have anywhere to stay and already paid the deposit so they gave us a different place that they said was clean but was disgusting and we had to clean before moving in. There was water in the dishwasher that stunk, kitchen sink was leaking and had water filled in it, cabinets were mildewed, the carpet was disgusting and old, walls were dry rotted and had

Do not recommend renting here. My heater has been down for over a month now, right in the middle of this winter weather. They lent us 2 space heaters to heat up a 2 story apt. One which does not work. Every week maintenance tells us they’re gonna fix it and they don’t. Also, the shower water alternates between hot and cold, and with no heater it’s torture. The fridge freezes food easily, the stove has only 2 burners that work. And the appliances don’t even match colors. Our toilet constantly runs water no matter how much they try to fix it. These apartments are way too old and maintenance/management is lacking. I pay my rent on time every month, and get an apt like this? What a shame!

The WORST place to rent an apartment from! Me and my boyfriend leased an apartment there last year. We moved in on January 12th, in our lease it was stated our move date was September 11th. When September 11th rolled around we were told we would have to pay two extra months of rent because we didn’t give them a heads up we were moving. WHEN IT WAS STATED IN THE LEASE. Also, we paid a $689.00 deposit, months after we move out, were informed we have a $568.00 balance for “utilities and repairs”. It is stated in the lease any balance after moving out will be deducted from the deposit. We never received our money back, and our balance was sent to collections affecting us when getting an apartment elsewhere. I will be getting a lawyer!! 0/10!! Never rent from here!! Save yourself a headache!
