I’ve had a great experience living at ReNew Greenway, and a big reason why is the amazing staff. Cole, the manager, is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. He’s always responsive and makes sure things are handled smoothly. Terry on the maintenance team is also fantastic—quick to respond, knowledgeable, and always gets the job done right. It’s such a relief knowing maintenance issues are taken seriously and resolved promptly. Overall, the team here really goes above and beyond, and it makes ReNew Greenway a great place to live. Highly recommend!

Living at Renew Greenway has become increasingly frustrating due to the constant water shut-offs. Today alone, the water was shut off from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and in the past 30 days there have been at least 12 or more days where all units were without water because of ongoing maintenance work. An occasional, brief outage is understandable, but full day shut offs multiple times a week are absolutely unacceptable. This level of disruption makes it extremely difficult for residents to manage basic daily needs, and many of us are growing more and more unhappy with the situation. Renew Greenway needs to address the underlying issues causing these repeated shutdowns and communicate a real, long term solution because this is far beyond reasonable maintenance.

This is unacceptable. Theses apartments may look clean and nice from outside but horrible from the inside. I expected way more especially in this area (river oaks) Why am I, a resident waiting for 2-3 hours for clean water (may you it’s dirty rusted water) or for warm water in this weather. Not to mention the disgusting smell l, I pay over 1,300+ of rent and on time. My girlfriend and I cannot wait to break my lease.

True Story I must admit I was under the false assumption that Wynisha was doing nothing at the office but sitting around. After seeing the great renovations at this complex I’ve learned that I was wrong. This is starting to look like a brand new complex and I am pleasantly surprised with the changes. She not only has been getting these upgrades together but also tending to my individual needs in my apartment. I recommend this complex if you need a great location and peace of mind.
