I’m very grateful to the team at this apartment complex I specially thankful to Samantha, Stephanie and Midalis. From day one they have been supportive, especially during my move, making the whole process much easier and more comfortable. They’re always attentive to every detail and make sure everything in the complex works well. I really appreciate their willingness to help, their kindness, and the way they keep the property in great condition. So far, my experience living here has been very positive. I’ve really enjoyed living at ReNew Apartments. The community is quiet, the location is convenient, and the layout of the units feels comfortable and cozy. The staff is friendly, and maintenance has been helpful when I’ve needed something. Overall, it’s been a nice place to call home, and I would recommend it to others.

I do not recommend it to anyone, staff is not good. ACs do not work well, in the office there is never anyone, everything is over the phone, which they never answer. In my stay there, I reported more than 20 times the AC, I had to spend extreme heat with my pregnant wife, in short, it is not a good place.

I have to share an experience I had with this property. So basically my A/C unit had gone out. I had member of their maintenance team try to fix my issue for 5hrs. Sean was the individual who worked till 9:45 pm to resolve my issue. Unfortunately Sean had to come back, but I appreciate how hard he worked to fix my issue. Sean did search and found me a window unit to help cool off my unit. Great work, Sean!
