I’ve lived at this apartment complex for three years, and I want to be honest and fair in this review. Over most of my time here, working with the leasing office has been frustrating. Requests often went unresolved, communication was inconsistent, and follow-through was lacking. It frequently felt like things just didn’t move. That changed when Victoria joined the office. From the moment she started, things actually began getting done. She is responsive, organized, proactive, and genuinely helpful. Issues that had stalled for months suddenly moved forward. What stood out most is that she didn’t need special circumstances or extra leverage—she simply did the work, communicated clearly, and followed through. Her performance made it very clear that the office is capable of operating at a

The customer service here is non existent. The guy in the leasing office rude and very aggravated. Me and my husband chose to not bother about furthering our interest in these apartments. If this is what we would have to deal with moving forward we would rather not. No one answers the phone. He’s the only one in office. I’m not sure if this is why he was attitudinal or this is just his norm. The unit we viewed smelled like pest control. Very overwhelming smell. We were in and out in all of 5/7 minutes top. The leasing agent was on his phone the whole time telling someone he loved them. Very unprofessional. Based on our experience we do not recommend nor will we ever consider this place. Also, the gate was closed upon arrival and when we called the leasing office the voicemail comes on. So

New management. Came in with immediate changes, but legally they must wait until the new lease to enforce them. i.e. increase in rental insurance police- it went from $100k to $200k when they took over. Too many "mandatory" inspections, they enter your home without permission for non-urgem repairs, upon entry the do not leave documentation of said repairs, nor what was found on inspection, and finally, notification for rent is emailed with one amout due, then when you pay on app, there is a totally different price and no one can explain this difference.

They are so lucky that they are even gonna have one Star. If it was up to me, they would get Star stars. The management first off is rude, horrendous, uneducated, and unprofessional. Whenever you try to talk to management about a problem in the unit, they just rush you out the building and don’t wanna hear what you have to say or they get confrontational and make it sound like you’re making this stuff up. As a former tenant I would say do not even waste your time, energy or money moving to this place. It is horrible and let’s not talk about how there’s roaches when you first move in. It’s to the point where you have to go out and get your own exterminator when, this hasn’t have to happen. On another note, The maintenance staff is really wonderful and they do try to work with you. If you

If you’re looking for your first apartment or getting back on your feet, I may recommend. But if you’re looking for a certain type of quality community I would not move here ! You have to deal with people coming in and out of your home ALL THE TIME due to unknown inspections if you don’t answer they will just enter your home. Nothing ever is fixed, only bandaid solutions, the trash is always over full and that’s how rodents and rats are created. Pay for trash valet and valet doesn’t come for a week. Super annoying stuff
