ReNew Dash Point

I have lived here almost a year. It’ll be a year in May. I’ve enjoyed living here. The new managers in the office have been extremely nice maintenance. Complete work orders fast and the property always looks nice. I love all the trees. That’s my favorite.💐

Recently toured the property. Was able to see their renovated unit, and really liked the upgrades to the apartments as well as the fitness center. Toured as they were setting up for a resident event and they invited me later. Wish I would have had time, but maybe next time.

Management is super friendly and easy going. The apartments are great and spacious. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is due to some of the residents from before the place got bought out before ReNew Dash point not complying with the rules. Residents let their dogs poop in front of neighbors apartments and not clean up. Besides that there are a lot of great improvements with the new management! The gym is nice and the new paint on the apartments keeps the place looking new and updated! Lots of great things are happening with the new management and I’m excited for what they do next! I would definitely recommend this place with how close in proximity it is to PAC Ave.

Since moving into this complex, I’ve had a really positive experience since the new management took over. You can truly see the difference in how things are handled. The staff is professional, responsive, and truly cares about its residents. They recently had a community event that felt so welcoming especially since children were welcomed, so I was able to attend with my children. Alejandra has helped tremendously with any questions or maintenance requests I’ve had fairly quickly

I’ve been living at ReNew Dash Point in Federal Way for over 8 months now, and overall, I’ve really enjoyed my time here as a renter. The staff is outstanding—consistently friendly, responsive, and genuinely attentive to residents’ needs. The only ongoing frustration I’ve had involves a few neighbors who don’t pick up after their dogs, which unfortunately creates a persistent unpleasant odor in some areas. That said, things have improved significantly since the recent management transition (previously under Miro). Under the new team, there have been some fantastic upgrades: fresh modern paint throughout the apartments, a completely revamped and much-improved gym, an upgraded dog park, and more frequent community events. I truly appreciate how invested the current management is in building
