Kenneth, Cesar, and Luis did an absolutely phenomenal job handling my maintenance request. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. What really stood out was their dedication and care — they even stayed after hours on New Year’s Eve to make sure I was safe, comfortable, and fully taken care of. Nothing gets fixed I just receive calls from maintenance about how they need more time, it’s been 4 months and I have one 2x4 installed on my balcony. The balcony railing has half exposed wood for a month and half now, I’ve had to hammer the nails down myself so my children don’t hurt themselves. The hallway floor is getting worst. The floor is becoming weaker and weaker by the day it has been 4 months and It is not safe to walk in the middle of the hallway anymore. The middle is caving, guests constantly stub there toes and trip. Only one of the showers get hot and if one is dispersing cold water you have to switch bathrooms in order to complete bathing.I get zero response from the office. DO NOT MOVE HERE – Believe the Reviews. This apartment complex is a damn joke. There’s mold, the AC units are trash, and maintenance is beyond lazy and unresponsive. When I first moved in, my AC went out. I went TWO WEEKS in the middle of the summer with no air because maintenance “hit some switch” and thought that was enough. The unit broke down again almost immediately, and they still dragged their feet. It took me calling corporate to finally get someone out here to actually fix it. Since then, it’s been one thing after another. I’ve submitted request after request, and it takes forever to hear anything back. When they do show up, they don’t fix the problem — they just slap a patch on it and keep it pushing like nothing’s wrong. We work too damn hard to come home to this kind of mess

Our experience has been amazing in the eight months we have been here! The maintenance staff in particular has made our stay even more pleasant!! Thank you to the entire staff!!!

There was a water leak in the fire place several months ago along with the water damage and possible mold. No one has yet to come and test for mold nor fix the discolorations or cracks in the wall from this water leak. Believe the reviews where they are saying they don’t fix anything they just patch things up. We’ve lucked up in many cases of water leaks because the lady that works in the leasing office lives up under us and the water leaks affect and effect her apartment.
