Beware of termites and german cockroachs. Lived here for 14 days 16th-28th of January. Now I have an appointment with the housing authorities and had hire a lawyer due to inhabitiable unit. Candice and Mike seem nice until your in the apartment. They will not return request in there residence portal. Mike was sure to update my move-in date to the 16th to a unit with active termites. This review is for anyone considering this complex.

I absolutely love my apartment. Excellent location right in the middle of a ton of stores for every need. You can walk everywhere. The grounds are always kept clean with ample parking and maintenance goes above and beyond. The community is very welcoming and management does an amazing job in creating events for everyone to socialize. The management here truly cares about you as an individual. Candice and Mike are my favorite duo so far. They treat you like a person and not just a tenant. I can’t say enough good things about Renew. It’s a little oasis in the desert. - Agustin

Candice and Michael are great. They are personable and actually care about you! I have been here 8 yrs and the property is in good hands with their management ,and they have been here for awhile now which is refreshing. Eric the maintenance guy is awesome too! I just renewed for a year

Candace was amazing! Showed me everything thoroughly and answered all my questions with ease. 10/10 would recommend Candace for your tour! Michael was also super professional and very helpful. Great group of staff all together!

Honestly I really loved living here. Rents a reasonable price, the staff is incredible, very friendly and helpful. And I never found one cockroach in my apartment. I'm pretty sure they spray the whole property down every week. 10/10 experience staying here.
