I parked in this complex to visit a resident (just a few hours) and they tagged my car for being illegal! (My window sticker expired in January, the February laying on dash next to it because I am waiting on a new windshield. It was clearly visible as well as the cracked windshield) The sticker material they used will not come off of my LEGAL car! They stated a towing company did it and they would not take responsibility even though they contracted the towing company! The steps to the 2nd floor are dangerously cracked all the way through the concrete, tenants have reported them and still not fixed after several months. Parking lot floods and has horrible pot holes. You can smell other tenants smoking pot and hear fighting constantly.

do not recommend living at this complex. There are constant repairs that repeatedly result in water and hot water being shut off, often without proper notice. These interruptions happen frequently and are especially problematic during cold weather, making normal daily activities and basic hygiene very difficult. What is most concerning is management’s response. Instead of providing a real solution, residents are advised to boil water on the stove, use electric kettles, go to gyms or truck stops to shower, let the water run intermittently, or use no-rinse wipes. These are not reasonable alternatives to having reliable hot water in your own home. Despite these ongoing issues, residents are still charged high utility fees, including RUBS charges that can be significantly higher than expect

Weston was an absolute joy!! I had so many questions and he answered each one very quickly and with the amount of depth I needed. The tour was incredibly helpful and the apartments themselves are good for first time renters!!

Staff was extremely nice at move in and super help full and it went down hill from there. Staff has been extremely rude to me the last 6 months treating me like a toddler. I have made multiple maintenance reports that haven’t been fixed and blown off. My ac has broke multiple times for different reasons every time. We think we found mold and was refused a mold test within 30 minutes of making the report.
