I recently have been having issues with a property manager named Tavo. He emails me accusing me of not contacting them for rent drop off even though i did and they never showed up to the office after saying they would.He called me after hours once to confirm about rent payments that I already made an arrangement on. He is excessive and doesn't seem to know what he is doing.

We really enjoy living here. It's a quiet and peaceful place, which has been great for our family. The management is very understanding and responsive whenever any issues come up. They’ve always been helpful and easy to work with. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a calm and well-managed community.

I’ve loved living here so far! My son is obsessed with the park! Management is great- always on top of things! All maintenance requests get done within a couple of days which has been so nice!! Would definitely recommend!!

While the complex is well-maintained and visually appealing, there are serious issues with security and communication. Packages are frequently stolen or tampered with, and management claims they can't take action—even refusing to notify residents, despite having done so for others. Additionally, kids play pranks like ding-dong ditch, teens loiter in driveways late at night, and gardeners enter backyards unannounced, which feels invasive and unsafe.

I've seen management change hands a couple times I've had a rocky time. But more recently, maintenance and concerns are handled by team. I appreciate Mark and his team and what they do here. This has been the longest I've ever been at a community.
