Only two positives: - I signed an 8-month lease back in January just for the location, so thankfully this nightmare is over. - John, one of the maintenance guys, is incredible. He does everything he can with a smile and truly deserves the one star I’m giving. Actually, he deserves all of them. John, you deserve a job where you’re appreciated—not blamed and forced to work for the disaster and disrespect that happens here. Now, everything else: Management is useless. ATTENTION ALL !!!!!!DON’T MOVE HERE !!!!!! JUST MOVED IN And they’re adding extra pest exterminator fees because of problems that were caused by other tenants. Horrible landlords not attentive to tenants concerns. Always looking to charge extra hidden fees. Always trying to blame you for any problems Front desk representative Diana is super stubborn ,doesn’t listen to anything you tell her or explain,it’s like talking to a rock IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A NIGHTMARE OF A PLACE TO LIVE IN.THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.

Regardless of other issues with these apartments, one of the worst parts is the parking. Residents are required to pay just to park at all, and if you want a reserved spot, you’ll be charged double. It’s extremely frustrating, especially considering everything else wrong with the place.
