From the moment I moved in, the community has felt like home — beautifully maintained, peaceful, and filled with friendly neighbors. What truly makes Rendezvous special is the exceptional management and staff. Rose, the community manager, goes above and beyond for every resident. She’s professional, caring, and always ensures everything runs smoothly. Her dedication to making residents happy truly sets this place apart. Jamie, Julian, Andy and Chrystal are equally amazing — always welcoming, attentive, and quick to help with anything from maintenance requests to everyday questions. Their kindness and teamwork create such a positive atmosphere throughout the entire community.

This apartment community has exceeded my expectations. The property is clean, well maintained, and provides a comfortable living environment. Living here has been such a positive experience. The apartment itself is wonderful. What makes it truly special are the women in the office. They are caring, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. I'm grateful for the welcoming atmosphere they create, and I hope to continue calling this place home.

Rendezvous Apartments it’s definitely the best apartment living in Temecula! Just build with amazing amenities and great location. Proximity to shopping, highways, schools, hospitals and medical buildings is fantastic. And don’t get me started with all wineries nearby 😉. Shout out to Rendezvous staff starting with absolutely wonderful Rosie who help me and my family with securing our great apartment while still living in IL. Whole process was super smooth. Thank you!!! Orlando and Crystal are fantastic. Always there to help! Office is always welcoming, clean and stocked with snacks 😊 Their maintenance crew Andy and Jaime don’t skip a beat. This place looks sharp! I’m just very happy with our decision and highly recommend living at Rendezvous Apartments! Plus pets are welcomed 🐶🐱

Update: If you are considering this complex, I think it is important you understand there are only 2 maintenance staff members and, in my opinion, at least one of them is off work often. A second manager was miraculously able to move our date up by a week, even though that was previously impossible due to the maintenance schedule. Now our move in date is only 3 weeks after what was discussed at the time of our deposit. -- Front office miscommunication issues amongst themselves led to us being bait and switched for our move in date. When I toured the unit and put my deposit down, I was told we could move in as soon as the next week, and I was told to put in a 60 day move in date place holder down. Once the app is approved were told it'll be another month until we can move in. Its costin

As a resident for over three years I am happy to live at the Rendezvous. The team provide a safe and well maintained environment. Any issues are handled quickly and I appreciate seeing the team available for questions or just a hello.Thankyou all for trying out new things to get neighbors involved such as the holiday hot chocolate bar and the paint and sip activity.
