Rendant Apartments

I just moved in & had a few issues w my apartment.Ms Katie,property mgr-went above & beyond her means to make sure everything was taken care of & that I was comfortable & happy with my new home.Big shout out to a careing & kind property mgr-Ms Katie.I love it here.

Happiness is low rent a nice apartment, beautiful grounds, and in a neighborhood that includes restaurants and stores close to bus with both a target and a Walmart nearby

I have been living here for 5 months and love it. The manager Katie is very nice and makes sure the residents are taken care of. The maintenance is great if you have a problem they'll take care of it right away. I am very happy here, the other residents are very nice. I would recommend living here .

When I moved in all was nice accept the horrible toilet. It had black caked up stuff all inside the rim. They never replaced the toilet even after I asked. I've been scrapping and scrubbing, it still looks horrid. Very embarrassing when family comes over. I been here since 2015, nothing yet. They really need to update this place, it's old and outdated. They need to touch up these apartments, new cabinets, paint and get better carpet. A positive is, the staff is nice and it's quiet out here. I'm looking forward to moving soon.

Wish I my give them​ a zero. I had live there with my mom when I was a teenager. And after I had both of my kids my mom had lost her job. And they change the locks on us. For no reason and they said that we got kick out we told them we never got something saying we had to leave and then they said oh y'all was moving out without​ knowest. They didn't give us time to give them a 30 days knowest now I'm a single mother of two and they told me I couldn't apply for apartment because of my mom and we left the apartment miss up I said how can we clean it if y'all chance the locks stupid people there in the office But the chance the lock for no reason I lost my new born and my 2 year old things even my and mom things the office staff is so rude when we left I have friends that live up in there and
