Renata Square Apartments

I been calling to Renata Square Apartments since Monday morning and no one been answering the phone it go straight to there voicemail and I been hearing a let of bad compliments about the new management from other friends and people that live there at the apt and it's not good at all.

I live here and nothing gets taking care of when you inform them on situations. And yes shooting and drugs being sold and use here. Everybody comes here and they do nothing about it it needs a lot more improvement and go by the guidelines. It's supposed to be smoke and drugs free it's not it's like they condones all this activity. Nothing been done about it. It's Sad

Just trying to figure out why they never answer the phone!!! And the office is always closed. Guess I gotta contact the cooperate. And it's not a good place to stay at all. Too much violence and it's infested with roaches and bed bugs and they do not treat it like they're supposed too. I would NOT recommend this place to my worse enemy. Writing for my inlaw

Nothing has change about the administration since the start of new management. They're doing the same or worse then before. They schedule a time for an appointment to submit a application, Then when you get there, they say the office is closed to the public, and turn you away with a horrible attutide. Whats the point of setting a appointment when they dont keep their word and turn you away? We've been trying to submit the application for 5 days, only to get the same result. Do not waste your time.

Renata Square is now under New Management. They have improved on staff very nice and respectful and are enforcing the rules and wiping these apartments in tip top shape.... keep up the good work ladies....
