I'd like to give a big shout out to the maintenance team! I had an urgent issue come up around 4pm and knowing that they close at 5pm, Derek made sure my issue was resolved before the business day ended. Thank you so much for making sure our unit was good to go and that we were back to being comfortable in our home, Derek! You and your team are on top of it!

⭐ 1 Star This review applies to the street-facing units in Building 1 along Tropicana Avenue. The complex is generally well maintained, but these units have severe, constant noise issues that make them extremely difficult to live in. Since moving in 10 months ago, my sleep and daily life have been significantly disrupted by traffic, motorcycles, emergency vehicles, ongoing construction, and early morning landscaping. This constant noise has had a measurable impact on my well-being, causing increased stress, sleep deprivation, and difficulty functioning during the day. I have contacted management multiple times, proposed solutions such as properly sealing or enclosing the balcony and replacing the patio door, and followed up professionally, yet no meaningful action has been taken any kin

We just recently had AC issues. Went from maintaining our temp to finding out Feb morning when outside out was 80°° and our temp was only 2° less than on the inside. So better to be proactive vs reactive . Set it up to have them come after 1:30 and Yoandris Veranes showed up and was very cordial. He not only addressed the issue but challenged what it might be. Within 1 hours he took care of it. However the dost and debris in the unit was at least 5 years minimum since they've even really looked at the a/c. So thank you
