I been on list very long time Ashley never called I had to move to florida.
Ashley was wonderful throughout the entire application process! Every call and email was promptly answered, and I was kept informed throughout every step of the way. Maintenance is very professional, and super quick to respond/repair.
Great community, Ashley in the office was great and very efficient with the paperwork. She answered all my questions quickly and in a profesional manner. I never have an issue with maintenence, maurico has always promptly fixed all issues I have had. Nothing better then coming home to a great view of a lake.
beware applying there. they will ask you to pay $82 per house hold member. so if a fimily of 4 x 82= $340 gone as soon as you apply. it's not refundable and I was declined even my credit score over 720. it's a scam. same appartment low income pay $991 and moderate income has to pay +1675 plus utilities. they will most likely push you to apply for moderate income. low income they will put you on que after 100 plus people. very dissapointing.
