Renaissance Park Apartments

I had some circumstances that came up that no longer allowed me to live in California, so I had to find someone to takeover my lease before it was no longer my responsibility. The process is super lengthy and took a lot of time but I don't have nicer things to say about how it was handled by property management. They maintained professionalism throughout the whole process, were incredibly responsive, kind and helpful. Although the process itself was stressful Keenan, Evan and DeAnna did a great job helping me through it. Thank you guys!

They kept almost all of my $800 deposit, charging me unfairly for painting, carpet, and cleaning. The property is old, unsafe, and has no cameras. My bike was stolen, and management refused to take any responsibility — instead, they tried to charge me extra for a “bike chamber.” The manager is unprofessional. Only the maintenance guy and two office staff were nice

Coming from a tenant of 4 years, as you’ll see with most reviews from this apartment complex, this is a terrible place to live. You’ll acknowledge this the first time you have any issue with your own apartment or and neighboring tenants. You’ll acknowledge how little they care by their subpar responses of “sorry for your dissatisfaction with our service…” I had multiple instances where they showed how little they cared for the people living here and/or making it a better place to live. 1. A tenant with a very illegally modified car would park right outside my and others windows, start their vehicle at 4am every weekday morning and leave it running for 10-15 minutes. This vibrated the windows, I slept with earplugs, a sound machine, AND even boarded up the window to just try and drown out

I honestly haven't had the same experience as everyone else. I really enjoyed my time at Ren Park, especially since the management changed a few months ago. It's a quiet area and maintenance is great. I'd recommend!

I feel hurt when I lived in this place. The manager is mean and doesn't do her job. I know maybe they don't care about my review. But I need to speak out. This place is my first stay in the US. I love living in Davis. But the woman in this apartment office gives me the worst memory in my life. I say it seriously, I moved out from there several months, and I still feel hurt. when I go to the leasing office to ask for help, the manager treated me disrespectfully. She shows no patience and says she couldn’t understand my English. I write it down, and she says she already did her best to solve the problem. Working with her makes me feel I am not welcome. The electric fee will be 280 per month during Summer. And charge almost 2000 dollars for the move-out fee. You ask why she shows you photos
