Renaissance Gateway Apartments

I’ve been living here for almost a year now. They take forever to fix things, my a/c was messed up on and off for about 8 months to the point it started to leak. None of the office managers came to see the problem or the mold that was in my ceiling but they were aware of it. It took a woman from a different apartment complex who was filling in the day I called again to actually show some concern and take a look at what I was dealing with for weeks. My ceiling started to come apart multiple places and my floor was flooding and ruining my things and no one cared. I had to pick up my four year old son everytime he had to use the bathroom so that he didn’t slip and fall from all of the water that was on the floor going into my bathroom. The manager is nice and helpful but they don’t have maintenance workers at this time and have no vacancies. The apartments are small and they accept section 8 housing vouchers.

I had to pick up trash from in front of my door everyday. The Police had to be in there everyday.They did not give proper notice when things needed to be done.The office staff could never seem to answer any questions. They will not give you the Corporate Office number if you have questions. They are not friendly or professional with anything dealing with tenant concerns or issues. More than 30 days after I vacated the unit I still had not received my deposit or a printout of any alleged damages.I am glad I no longer reside at these apartments. My personal experience there was bad.

My family and i went to go check out the apartments and it was beautiful. The grass was nice cut and clean. The units are clean and neat(but the rooms are kinda small). Also the service was amazing and they very bright people. 10 out 10 recommend.

This is the wrist place you can stay they do not fix anything it’s honing one 4 years every since the neighbor flooded my front bathroom out air had been out for 2 weeks wen been calling and there not helping us
