Would leave a negative star if I could worse place to buy a mobile home at. They raise the lot fee every year for no reason if you want to keep raising prices then you should also cut my grass. Also you get an added fee for your oil tank when in earlier lease paper work when living here it said that you don't have to pay it if you have a containment tank. So you spend thousands of dollars for that and later they say you need to pay the tank fee. So worse company to deal with to rent property from suggest you find a different place to get a mobile home in.

Michelle is nice she actually cares and tries to help us out. That's the only nice thing I have to say

The LADY AT THE FRONT DESK IS VERY RUDE ! She don’t greet you when you come in . She also doesn’t know how to talk to people !

Slum lords buildings filled with rats tents dirty landlord don’t do nothing to try to help out very sad
