Renaissance at Peachers Mill

Definitely the place to move into. Leasing office has been amazing to work with even before I moved in. The move was very easy. Pricing imo is affordable. A good location in the middle of practically everything in Clarksville.

Great complex...pet friendly with friendly pets...lots of green space...all the amenities you could want with super gym...spacious pool area...gas grill and charcoal grills available in the community park...covered and garage parking available...responsive maintenance...

I have been more than pleased with living here. I have been a renter here since 2017 - when I moved to Clarksville after retiring from the Army and Federal Civil Service - and fully intend to stay. The Management has been outstanding and very responsive to any situation that has arisen in the community.

I lived here from Nov 2023 to Aug 2025. I had a very good experience overall, and would recommend the place if you need a place to stay in Clarksville, TN. Pros: 1) Maintenace staff was top notch and friendly. Any issue I had (which were rare) was fixed same day or next day. I had a leak from my AC unit, and they came in on their day off (Sunday) to fix it. 2) Office staff was also friendly and helpful. They don't nickel and dime you. During my stay, I had to make a noise complaint twice (one for a loud dog, one for a loud car, like jet engine mixed with a jack hammer loud starting up at 5:50am) and they fixed it very quickly. 3) Amenities are good. Pool is nice, and big enough for doing laps (if you can get to it before 3pm when the kids get out of school) gym is adequate. There are gar

This is a beautiful, clean, landscaped safe apartment complex. If anything needs attention, a simple call to the main office provides immediate assistance. Office personnel are professional and pleasant. Call now and rent, but only if you enjoy amenities like a pool, outdoor cooking facilities, a gym, a dog walk and trash compactor. No trash bins with spillage potential.
