as nice as these reviews make this place sound, the land lords failed to explain to my girlfriend that there was a cockroach infestation during the tour, leading for us to find out when she moved in. do not come here, if you want to have to throw away your furniture before moving out, beg the landlords to fix broken appliances or beg them to do more than spray the walls and lay down small glue traps for the bugs, then this is the perfect place for you. otherwise, I highly recommend paying an extra $100-$200 a month somewhere else and not waking up to a roach crawling on your neck. please do yourself the favor. we are wishing this decision was never made right now, while you still have the choice.

New manager , very helpful with move-in requirements. Peaceful walk through. Exciting new construction being done to units.

A bit rough on the eyes, but the new company has solved all problems I've had expediously. Especially the maintenence man, Andrew. Quick & polite. When they renovate this will be one of the better places in Jackson to reside. xo
