I’ve had a great experience living here. The staff responds very quickly to any requests and handles everything professionally. I also love that they host different events almost every week — it really builds a strong community. I recently extended my lease for another year, which says a lot. Highly recommend!

I’m giving 1 star for the amenities. I lived here in a one bedroom and within the first few days of living here, my bicycle which was locked in the bike room, was stolen. After I moved in, I noticed one of the windows was faulty (scratched, looked really dirty but wouldn’t clean). I mentioned this in the move in paperwork and followed up consistently for months. Well, I went out of town and came back to my window laying inside of my living room. I lived on the first floor so this put me in a vulnerable spot. Getting the window repaired- again took at least a month. This unit also had humidity issues especially in the kitchen and mold would grow inside of the microwave if I didn’t leave it open all the time. Nice spacious modern apartments with beautiful water view . Luxury living, friendly and good service. The lake and surrounding areas feels like a resort.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the residents are kind, making it a wonderful place to live. The large lake is so relaxing and provides the perfect walking trail for dogs. I absolutely love this apartment and highly recommend it to everyone!
