Remnant management company in Fayetteville NC needs new management that care . They never answer the phones , Listen to the recorded messages and it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone . I have called and called . Someone at the top needs to take charge and look into things going on . Click on the 1 star reviews and read what people are saying , its real easy to get friends to write good reviews its the one starts you want to look into . Reviews that have accounts 2 or 3 months old and reviews that are all done at the same time are friends of friends you know what I mean , so that would leave only bad reviews for this company . Hello, my name is Valerie and I just wanted to let you know how Wonderful my NEW home at Covenant Senior Housing is. First and definitely most importantly the management. Holly, our property manager is just so AMAZING! She helps everyone, from helping hang curtains to pushing someone in a wheelchair to their destination to just lending an ear. If there is a problem with your apartment she is on it toot- sweet! She fair, kind and thoughtful. A Blessing. The property is new and maintained very well. The landscape crew is very thorough, from the edging to mowing. Always clearing off sideways weeding for a beautiful atmosphere. I LOVE my home! Since moving to Senior Covenant Homes,which is a nice,quiet beautiful neighborhood, Holli,the manger is one of the nicest and helpful persons I have ever met. She is timely with your questions and and any maintenance issues are handled in a timeful manner. The grounds are kept very neat. Kudos to remnant for Holli and Senior homes.
