Remerton Mill Apartments

Remerton Mill is my first apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision!! I’ve lived here for over a year and have truly enjoyed the experience. The maintenance team is super efficient and quick, they always take care of any issues right away and do an excellent job of communicating about what’s going on. The property itself is always well kept; the grass is always cut and neat, which really makes the community look nice and welcoming. Janelle and Jessica in the leasing office are amazing! They’re always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with any questions or problems I have. I also love that the community regularly hosts activities for their residents. Remerton has been a great experience. They keep the grass cut, always have events/activities going on for the residents to attend, and maintenance comes pretty much as soon as you make the request. Not only does maintenance handle issues right away, all of the maintenance men are super nice. Janelle and Jessica are also super helpful any time I come to the office needing anything! I’ve loved my experience so far!

A very big downfall of living at Remerton Mill is that the office closes before 5pm, even on Fridays sometimes knowing that we can’t get packages Saturday and Sunday. They text and email the residents about everything else, but we do not get texts or emails letting us know that the office will be closing early. I just wish they would be more considerate or just actually change the office hours if no one is going to stay until 5. It’s frustrating for people hoping to catch a package at 4:30 right after coming back from being at work or school all day.

Remerton Mill is a great apartment complex to live in the staff is super friendly and helpful. Derek specifically is really nice and always arrives in a timely manner after I put in maintenance request. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for nice affordable living in Valdosta.

>> Do not move here!!! They will charge you for normal wear and tear on the property after you move out!!!!! There’s a maintenance man who assisted with pest control services and he was extremely rude and obnoxious. He is the most disrespectful person I have ever met and certainly does not know how to interact with residents respectfully. The property should reconsider who they are hiring and how they treat residents.
