My father is currently out of town. He requested information from the listing agent Melissa directly about a property.... days and no response. Finally after 2 or 3 days he gets a response from a different agent that works at the same office. He immediately responds via email yet again no response. It’s been another 2 days and not even a pleasant acknowledgment email that they were looking into his request or will be with him soon... nothing. Is this how this office runs? Not pleased! We will be reaching out to other agents and real estate groups. Why miss out on investment opportunities because agents don’t want to get you the necessary information.

I used remax for their rental service. After paying the fee for the app and waiting 3 weeks I finally heard back saying The landlord chose another renter followed by a message stating they would help me find a rental. But as of this week 2 weeks later the house was relisted as available.I have heard nothing back since then. I’ve even tried the listing agent threw remax and can not get a response. So I’m out money and took a hard inquiry taking 27 points off my credit and now I can’t do another app because of the inquiry. I would not recommend anything about this place. No customer care here

Great Office, Wonderful Agents but the address google has is not correct! The new office location is 1431 N. Main Street in Hampstead, MD 21074.
