My realtor was amazing. The office not so much. Make sure you have a clear understanding of how long it will take your bank to clear the funds from the escrow account that remax boca issues to you. If you go to a closing and you are given a large check and deposit it your bank, even though their bank clears the check, your bank could put an extended hold on the check. In almost all cases this can only be cleared quicker if the escrow signer from Remax gets on the phone with your bank. Problem is Remax doesn't do this. So if you're due to receive funds from this remax make sure you clear how long your funds will take to clear. Because as of this review this remax location does not do wires. And of course it's not Remax fault it's my banks fault because they are the ones who placed an exten

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY i had them rent my beautiful home in Boca, they didn't do adequate credit check, held back information from me. Held my home hostage for few months, and then brought in this tenant who I am currently evicting. I dealt with Albert Mazmania, very unpleasant person , simply a con artist, his boss David is no Angel either. Left at least 20 messages for him to call back. Now 2 weeks later still hasn't called. I am suing them as well for miss information and cover up. They knew this was a problem tenant and was evicted before, however they covered up and didn't show important information on credit report. should you deal with them inspect and read every document they give you. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience of my life. Buying a 2nd home should be exciting but this one was not. realtor Eli Bodie has terrible communication, advises items from the house would be removed, and then we close with a leaking SINK. Eli was only looking out for the interest of her commission. They are soo many other realtors out there, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! Lastly, Eli was supposed to put in contracts the 2nd fridge to be removed, of course she didn’t want to be bothered, it was more work for her! Don’t recommend this team at all.
