In our absence, Lisa Gearst went above and beyond to prepare the house for sale. I can't say enough about all the things she did to make this sale go smoothly. I thought she would hire out many of the things that needed to be done, but she took care of everything herself, she is amazing. She is knowledgable and an excellent communicator. She was clear and always followed through with what she said she would do. Lisa is fair and looked out for both the buyer and seller's interest.
