Lack of disclosure by realtor Taylor Charpie is irresponsible and unethical! Our daughter thought she bought a fully rehabbed home on 136 Robert Dr in Ladson SC When the inspection was done the report showed several problems in the electrical, plumbing, HVAC system which was not working, installed improperly, and all work that was done was without the proper permits that were needed! There was no Certificate of Occupancy or CCC from the city so home owners insurance and getting a mortgage could possibly be a problem! When it was brought to the selling realtor, they wanted a chance to repair the problems but without permits?? So they kept a thousand dollars as per our agreement rather than being forced to go to court! Then after taking our thousand dollars he immediately put the house on t
