Beth Smith - Is FREAKING AMAZING! She is very put together, extremely knowledgeable, made everything about home buying easy. She was available at all times. She is a rockstart, and I would recommend to anyone that asks, and probably those who don't ask too!! Great experience!!

Our buyers realtor, Holly Roth, at the Re/Max on Lemay Ferry Rd location is a very unethical person. She took advantage of our realtor being new and very underhandedly snuck something by her and us that ended up costing us $5,000! When confronted about it her response was "hey, I have to look out for my buyers." Don't know how this woman sleeps at night. Fortunately for us, our realtor and her broker made it right for us by cutting commission by $5000. Those are the kind of people I want on my side, not Holly Roth or her agency who have no scruples.
