My experience with Linda Miklinski at RE/MAX Real Estate Group has been nothing short of disturbing, unprofessional, and ethically questionable. Linda is a close friend of the executrix of my late mother’s estate — a personal relationship she never disclosed and one that, in my opinion, crossed straight into conflict-of-interest territory. Instead of behaving like a neutral, responsible agent involved in the sale of an estate property, Linda consistently shut me out, refused to communicate, and provided zero transparency. As a legal heir, I repeatedly requested basic updates regarding the property — not confidential information, simply the courtesy any competent agent would extend. Stacey santos was not helpful and at times dismissive and even rude The receptionist was condensing laughing and , yelling at me even hung up the phone when I called to discuss this. Absolutely disgusting behavior considering I’m a home buyer who Is suppose to have a level of trust with these people.

Seth went above and beyond for all aspects of selling my house. He is very professional but knows how to be personable. He sold my house quickly and for much more than I thought possible. I highly recommend Seth!
