It needed alot of remodeling and Paul did every that was needed: planning the design work, making sure all the new appliances and many other necessary items were purchased and installed properly, working with painters and other personnel to get the work done in a timely manner. The house sold in one weekend! Not only did Paul helpe me navigate through the offers, he also negotiated the winning offer/buyer after the property inspection.
