Imagine finding the perfect home, offering exactly the price that is asked, complying to the conditions brought forward by the sellers broker, only to be dragged along for FIVE days, with no explanation. That happened to my family. NEVER did I expect to be treated with a more disingenuous, unprofessional broker, as I did with Jack McVicker, Re/Max Fitzpatrick Team in Middletown, R.I. Even after Jack conducted a home inspection, we still didn’t get a phone call that our offer hadn’t been accepted. Buyers and sellers beware he is not a reputable person; DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
