For the last 2 weeks and a half I’ve been trying to reach out to someone to see if I can get a viewing for the house. I’ve left countless messages and my contact information every time I’ve called. They told me either a listing agent by the name of Courtney would call me or either the owner and I haven’t gotten a call. I’ve been patient and respectful to find out today that all the rental properties are not filled? If that’s how long they take with just wanting to view a house I can imagine how they are if you need something. Don’t even bother with this company. Inconsiderate customer service is terrible and no lack of leadership.

I've been renting from them for over 8 years. The Realtor/Property Manager, Mrs. Eileen is outstanding! She always answers or returns our calls. She is prompt about getting repair orders sent out. She is very professional and courteous!

If you want to rent your house out please run the opposite direction. They don't care about your house. They have no customer service skills. I allowed Eileen to manage my property. I decided after she had constantly been rude to me that I no longer wanted to deal with this company as she had gotten too comfortable with me. I went to check my house out and the only thing cleaned was the carpets. My walls are filthy and when I say walls I nean every wall in my house was dirty. They have dirt, markers and God knows what else on them. In my garage I had bars up. Someone ripped one of them out of the wall. The yard was not kept up with. My baseboards need to be sealed again. I mean what's the point of having a property manager if they won't manage your property. She then proceeded to tell me m

As a service member now retired veteran my family has rented for 30 years and I can say this is the best property management I've ever had is Remax here in North Columbus GA off Veterans pkwy. If something is broke its fixed almost immediately. I’m a retired Veteran. We They have never hassled us and extremely professional, reasonable, and good common since, IF YOU ARE A SOLDIER LOOKING TO RENT OR BUY SAVE YOURSELGF ALOT OF TIME YOU DONT HAVE AND GO SEE JACKIE OR JEAN THEY are FANTASTIC
